We utilise the delivery companies in your region – waiting times will vary accordingly.

How much does shipping and delivery cost?

Deliveries will be charged a R200 flat rate; South African deliveries will be handled by a reputable local courier.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive the tracking number of the delivery company involved with your product.

What about shipping in North America?

We ship to warehouses across North America and redistribute locally from the warehouses.

Returns and Warranty

Do HoneyKomb cooler boxes come with a warranty?

We have a 3-year limited warranty on the seals & moving parts.
We have a 10-year warranty on the box and stable parts. 

Claims will only be approved if the following conditions are met:

– your product was purchased from an authorized dealer

– the product was used as intended

– the product must be returned to HoneyKomb

– the product is in its original form (ie no modifications, part changes etc by the user)

– Normal wear and tear due to use over a period of time is not warranted.
